Paid Bribe due to threat

I went for passport verification of my wife as per call from the local police station located in Rambaug Area of Maninagar. After verification, policemen sitting their who were verifying the document asked for a Rs.200 as Chai Paani. I asked them for what you are asking this money they said this is for our daily expenditure. I opposed them for some minutes but they started threatening me and told me if you don't pay, we will send false report to passport office and your wife will not get the passport. I asked them for few minutes interval and in that interval I called up India TV channel but they also denied me any help. The I called up anti-corruption department but they didn't picked up my phone at all. So finally I had to pay the bribe and I paid Rs.200. It still hurts my conscience. If somebody can help me in teaching lesson to these corrupt cops.
