Paid bribe for house registration

Had to pay 18,000 for getting the registration done for my apartment. This was at the Office Of The Sub Registrar XXXXXXX I don't know the person who took the amount. Date of the incident is XXXX. Name of the officer: unknown Date of the Incident: XXXX Looks like it is the standard process followed by them. In a day they make around 4 to 5 lakhs on bribe.
