Paid Bribe to get the physically challanged certificate.

I went to make the physically challanged certificate. The lady was not making the certificate and was talking very rudely. She asked for bribe. I has to travel back to bangalore. And with out the certificate my ticket wouldn't have been valid. So I paid the money to her and got the certificate.
