Paid bribe for getting my money recovered from a Bluff master....

Hello guys.....
I do not feel proud sharing my story of paying bribe to a police officer for getting my money back from a Professional fraud....
It started when the day i realized that the cheque that my client gave me is bounced....I called him several times but he told me that he is in another city....One day i found him on his plant location...I called police.....then we went to rajouri garden police station...I told them the story and they understood it clearly the scenerio....the case was assigned to SUB INSPECTOR he convinced me for not registering the case as it would take so much of time and there is no surety that i will get my money back.....so he made me a deal.... He confirmed me the amount of debt I told him RS 24000/- ...Then the deal was set on Rs 2000 for getting the money recovered from that fraud....on other side the SUB INSPECTOR was taking bribe from the fraud for getting the whole process delayed...in short I got my money after 45 days in part payment still I had to pay Rs 2000 to sub inspactor because he saved my phone no in his phone and called me thrice for money....in the last call he made ......he told me if i will not give him the money as per the deal.....he will let the fraud take the money back from me by other ways......
