Sterday I went to get my marriage certificate after completing 30 days of notice period.instead of issuing my marriage certificate he told me to come tomorrow. I requested as its urgent for me he told to come 5:30 evening. Went at 5:30 w assisted for one hour again he told me to come tomorrow again I went my friend and asked if any fee will pay as its urgent then he asked 500 rs after that my I paid it and got my certificate.
