Paid bribe to register a property to my name

Hi
I bought a site near Vidyaranyapura,I was straight away said by the vendor that 15,000 will be the registrar bribe, if not paid site will not be registered, some fault will be put up and the registration will be delayed, i was ready to fight for this but the seller had to get it done quickly, so I paid it and again for getting the Katha transferred to my name I had to pay 3000.
