I am writing this report on behalf of my mother. My father was suffering with Cancer(and we eventually lost him) and he had booked an apartment for my mother. Post my dads death my mother went to the development authorities for flat registration and they asked exactly the same amount as bribe as the registration charges. Even after explaining them our condition the idiot officials lingered over there "bribe demand". Eventually we had to pay the amount to get our flat registered. As a matter of fact such practices are still practiced in many government offices in Dhanbad . Mostly by Development authorities and DGMS officials(who accept money/ openly ask for money to give job to people).
