Paid a 1500/- INR Bribe at the Passport office as he refused to deliver it in 3 days time (normal). But I thank him a lot. He delivered the license the very next day (didn't take much time). I am from Iran and this is why I am fond of Indians. They can go to any extent (if they are paid well!). Go India, go!.
