Paid Bribe to get Marriage certificate
I applied for Marriage certificate on 2nd June 2017 Approx 2PM at Sub registrar office chamrajpet, Bangalore. Every documents has been provided as per the requirement but during handing over certificate they said charge for the same is 685INR. I asked for the bill to justify the charge.
They handover me bill of 135INR only and told 50 INR for scanning and printing charges and 500INR has to be paid if I want to get certificate.
I don't know the name and designation of the officer.
