Paid to Clerk of Marriage Certificate Magistrate
I had filed it just after my marriage and when i came after a month as per the rule they were delaying it so that i should pay bribe to them. The reason i was getting late to fly US with my wife to it was necessary for me to take marriage certificate as soon as possible.
