Hi people,

My parents haven't registered my birth when I was born. So, when went to office in Tenali, Guntur (Dt). They demanded 25,000 to register my birth know and to issue birth certificate. At last they have accepted for Rs.15,000. I don't have any choice at that time. I have to pay.
