I paid a sum of 20000 rupees to the lawyer who liasoned with the registeration department officials to get the flat registered.The concerened register officie is sub register office,varthur,Bangalore.It is a common knowledge that large percentage of that money goes to bribe the official in the register office.If there was no need to bribe the regsiter office,I would not have taken the service of the lawyer.
