Paid rs 200 bribe for PUC expired 8 days ago

On 26th Nov,M. G. Road,opp S. V. P swimming pool, Kandivali-west. I was stopped by a police and asked me show documents of my 2- wheeler & unfortunately PUC was expired 8 days ago. So the police took my license & told to pay heavy fine of rs 1000.I requested him that he keep license with him & will renew PUC now & will show him within 15-20 mins. But he rudely talked with me & disagree with my option. Upon arguing that i dont have rs 1000 to pay him & getting late, he came to pay him rs 200 bribe. As i was getting late gave him rs 200 bribe & gave my license back. I dont understand this corruption. Its pitty on MUMBAI POLICE. I think the government doesn't pay them salary so they are opting corruption. If anyone can help me with this issue kindly reply. Hardik 9987660873.
