Paid Rs 500 for my marriage registration

I ended up paying Rs 500 as bribe for our marriage registration within 4 days of our marriage.
We had all the relevant documents and we even re-verified the required document, a day before the actual registration and the sub register told us that all the document are proper ! Disgusting.. !!!
