The police officer came for verification, when I had gone to college. he asked my grandma to tell me that I should see the SO the nextt day at 8 AM. I skipped the college next day to ********** the SO. At the SO, i was redirected to his residence where he clearly asked for Rs 500 as bribe to forward the file. He says "Engineering students ke liye yehi rate hai."
