Rule is that Police has to visit at your place for verification and check with neighbours. But everybody knows they never come. Instead you get a phone call and you are asked to bring documents as well as a neighbour with you!! After the formalities are over they ask for Rs. 200. It doesnt matter that just outside there is a board hanging providing contact info in case of bribe complaints. But does it work? *******
