Passport Verification Torture

The guy came to my house for verification and bluntly demanded 1000 bucks for a positive verification. He tld me that if i choose not to pay then i won't get my passport ever. And i had no option than to pay him but i made him settle on 500 instead of 1000 demanded by him.
