Whats the point telling my story? Its the same like in any part of this country. The police comes your place, you provide all your valid documents required for obtaining a Passport- he puts unnecessary clauses -and at the end smiles hinting towards the inevitable.
'Chai Pani'- the latest word used to ask bribe, I pay Rs.500, as I don't have any other option for my wife's passport.Also we are mugrants so do not have much say in the system . I could have approached the upper tiers but I would have to SPEND much more both in Kinds and Cash- at least not a rationale option for availing a passport.
Raghunandan might continue his effort. Best wishes to him. But, the Prime Minister and all his officials are much busy hiding Mr.A.********** or reducing Fiscal deficits or praising **********'s latest UP trip and the opposition in stalling the parliament....and so on!
