PF withdrawal

I wanted to withdraw my PF deposit from Nehru Place branch of PF office. I was told if you file the application then the refund will take 1-2 years but if I paid a bribe I can get it within a week and that is what happened. I gave the application to a person who arranged the cheque in a week and took 1500/-.
