********** phone engineer asks for money in broad daylight

I was aksed by the engineer to "take care" of him and his IT engineer when i got my internet connection. He wanted around rs. 200 and when I gave him Rs. 120, he was dissatisfied. He left disgruntled and I was very stunned that he openly asked for a bribe.
