My Name is Prashant Upadhyay, S/O. Dr. Prabhakar Upadhyay, from Aligarh, I love a girl her name is Anshu Mathur, D/O. Late Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mathur of aligarh. Her Brother Ashish Mathur giving continuously theft for killing me If I don't leave her sister who is now legally wedded wife of mine. He totally confined her after knowing the truth that we married legally and having certificates.
I file a soot in high court for the custody of my wife, now I need protection for me and my family from Ashish Mathur till hon-able high court gives his valuable judgement. please help me out.
I am seriously in trouble and no one is helping me in this mater weather family or friends, please help me as much as you can, I am totally all alone.
Sir we both are of 22 years with all valid proof. we have an arya samaj mandir marriage certificate and an affidavit of district court for marriage, marriage photographs and all mandatory documents. I have all the proofs regarding this thats why I file a soot for custody of my wife in allahabad high court. her brother is threatening me and my father continuously and he dont want that we both live together. please give me a way for protection against him for my family and for me till the judgment came. he belongs from a sound known family thats why he also theft me to make me arrest in false allegations. he also trying to arrange an marriage of anshu mathur who is legally my wife now with another person who is 10 year older than her.
please sir, I am totally all alone and I just want support of yours respected authority.
