Police asked money for smooth verification for passport.

During the time of police verification for passport, the police who came to my home for verification asked for Rs. 1000. I didn't agreed for giving money to police. But he threaten me he will not pass the application and will give false report to the authority by not getting passport. So, I was forced to give money to him for verification.
