In our area (Chepauk, Triplicane) the postman who is distributing the widow allowance INR 1000 takes INR 50 as a bribe. He is giving only INR 950 and when asked where is the full money Rs 1000 he simply walks out with a statement "All are giving 50 without asking why you only asking?''. The people do not know where to complaint about this. Hence i am notifying this here. The post office brach is in Annasalai(Mount road). This is also happening to my grandmother as she gets Elderly assistance from government of tamilnadu.
