Power of Attorney made abroad

I had to get Power of Attorney documents sent from abroad 'stamped' to make them legal & valid document in India. The amount to be paid is based on the assessment of the officer concerned. In my case the same cost Rs.1000/- (for 2 documents). I have the said receipts. I had to pay Rs.10000/- to get the same done.
