Price for not bribing

• Police
• Police Verification for Passport
• Paid INR 5,000

Because we did not pay the usual rs5oo bribe during police verification,our passports were never made. Visited the passport office 4-5times but were told maybe they lost our files.
A thulla then put us through another policeman who charged rs2500 each fr mine and my mothers passport. Guess what,passports were delivered in a weeks time :)
