We have been regularly paying the taxes by cheque and sending it to them by registered post.They come with a huge demand after 7 years and ask us for receipt for the payments made.They do not accept the bank statement and acknowledgement copy as proof .We are forced to pay again on a reduced amount for which a bribe is demanded.
