I, director of ********** college of hotel management, cuttack has paid bribe to purchase of question paper from the utkal university of culture, Bhubaneswar. Because all private hotel managemenet college under utkal university of culture are purchasing question paper prior to exam. and their students are taking good position in the university ranking and our students can not. Even this university is appingting unqualified lecturer for evaluation of marks, i also paid bribe for getting more marks of our students in the university exam.
