A road work was awwarded to me in delhi pwd, after execution of work J E prepared my bill on measurement book, after this bill goes for accounts check to accounts department. i was shocked to see the bargaining of a auditor for his demands (bribe). He ask me to give him Rs 10000.00 in advance for passing the bill.after bargaining he settaled on Rs 5000.00
