Ransum paid to resolve local villagers issue

Villagers disturbing and demanding ransum for restoration work of 66KV line which collapsed in wind. Police help was sought and to resolve the issue ransum paid to circle inspector (now transferd to some other city) on demand. This is a very small incident which could have been resolved by Police without much effort.
