Regarding bribe and corrupted policemen dial 100

It was 3AM of 8th of June 2019. Me and my friend were searching for 24*7 for eatables in Noida sector 16. We were without helmet. Two policemen came on bike(without helmet) and stopped us and told us that u have broken the rules. We said ok let's go to police sttn and we will file a challan. They told us that u have to pay 1000rs for this guilt so give us all the money u r having and we r going to leave you.
They denied for visiting police sttn.
Also they did not gave any slip regarding that 210rs. We asked for the slip they denied it for tooo. When I asked their name they were not telling their names. After asking so many times one policeman told me that we are SUNIL SINGH and ANIL SINGH. I don't know they are right or wrong. But this incident was really disheartening for me. These guys are putting down the respect of police.
Kindly help me and our country with this. These type of policemen are betraying their service and also giving support to the criminals indirectly.
