This is very well planned Game that Registrar are playing.
When Flats or Sites are being Registered, There will be person who will collects the Money and the later Distribute, With this process the officials will never be caught.
This is same as Constable takes the money and then give it to the Inspector who is standing and just doing nothing. If any one i caught then for sure our Anticurruption will eat the life of small staff and big animals will eat money as they go every day.
Bytranapur Sub reigstrar office is noted for curuption and I wish lokayukta should come in the form of property registration and then catch these fish.
