I wanted to register a site for Rs.28L which was well above the govt valuation of Rs.18L. But still during registration, my lawyer told me that registration would not happen without paying and I ended up paying Rs.9000/- to various people in the office to register the site! Once I paid, the registration happened within 10 minutes!
