Rs 350 Bribe for Marriage Certificate

Apart from the normal fees I was asked to pay a bribe of Rs 350 for my Marriage Certificate. People, who need it badly for their Visa process were paying around Rs 500-1000 so that they can get it instantaneously. They made me wait for one whole day and did get it at 4PM in the evening.
