Rs 500 paid as BRIBE because Pollution certificate of expired, only 3 days over

• Police
• Traffic Violations
• Paid INR 500

I wonder, do these traffic Hawaldars have authority to ask for Papers anytime and asking for Bribe. Why don't anyone take action on these corrupt parasites.
