Hi sir,
I bought site in Jigani Industrial area and the registration office was in Bannerghtta road. to register the site, i have to apy 25 thousand extra as bribe apart from the stamp duty and government registrtion fee.if i would have not paid the amoutnt the registration would have not happned and i was forced by the site owner to pay the amount.
To get the site extract copy at haragadde village from taluk panchyat office, they ask 500rupees. but the actual fee is 5rs.
Please consider and take the necessary action.
