This incident is at state bank of India California Fresno branch .the branch manager Mr Neelesh Dwide appears to be involved into multiple cases of corruption and conflict of interest He has provided loans as well as help using bank money to transporters and it is suspected that some of his transporters friends has given him gifts like Rolex and also share in their business and loans to his Indian business and friends in India this may involve some investigation to go to the bottom of this racket the transporters like Gurpreet have travelled multiple times In a meeting business class with him to India to stash the bribe money to India
