Sub registrar office through some channel ask 15000 bribe

• Paid INR 15,000

I have purchased the property IN NAGARABHAVI 13TH BLOCK in 2008 aug. though Iam paying about 10 % of 30 lacs which is 3 lac offcial money to government . They ask me 15000 at the time of registration. agent who involves during registration says he will pay to sub registrar office
