Moving into our new apartment we needed to reinstall the land-line and broadband, bsnl. they did not respond until i covertly mentioned "**********" (gift) the line man was at my doorstep in twenty six minutes!!!
repeatedly he would leave out something and again asked for the (gift)
the Govt. personnel are notorious for taking bribes
