I lost my mobile phone e during traveling to nalasopara from vasai through city bus, a constable named Save, asked 2000 rs just to lodge a normal N.C and he was drunk, when I said I can't pay that much, he started bargaining and later convinced me that if I pay 200 for it, he will race the mobile and return it with in a week and when I went after a week, he was not even bothered to answer me... Later when I asked him about the report of my complaint he said get lost, we are not sitting here to look for lost mobile phones...
