Took bribe for registration of marriage

• Marriage Certificate and Registration
• Paid INR 3,500

Sep 10th of 2018 our marriage was registered under special marriage Act. The registrar and an attendant took us into another room and openly asked for a bribe to register our marriage and give us the certificate. The register office was located in Avalahalli in Bangalore. The incident happened between 10am to 12pm.
