I had participated in the tender for supplying the vehicles on hire basis to Pune Municipal Corporation and as my rates were lowest My Tender was finalised and was forwarded to Standing committe for final approval for which they took bribe of 4% of the total tender estimate value, which comes to around Rs 8 lacs. I paid this amount in cash and later they denied me the work and also not returning my amount back.
