My car was towed away from no parking zone. I went to their office and agreed to pay the fine. The guy there didn't agree to give me the challan and said that the booklet is over. He said if i need a challan i need to submit the RC of my car. To avoid unnecessary time wastage, i paid the whole amount without the challan which directly went into his pocket. Although he promised to let my car go free for the next time.
