Travelling with desktop computer without ticket for the computer
I was travelling from kanpur to tata. my friends told me to go to luggage counter and get a luggage ticket for computer. otherwise TTE will fine. but at the luggage counter they did not give the ticket( To tell the information, some coolie took 10 rupees). Anxiously i waited for the trian to come and by the time i asked the TTE who was about to board on the trian about the system. He told me to give some 50 rupees to attender ( 3 AC ) and he will take care of it. I did of course, paid 100 to attender(as demanded). After boarding train, TTE came to me and demanded about 1500 rupees. I somehow managed to pay 500.
I was ready to take the luggage ticket but not given by railways and travelled with tension and paid higher for TTE as bribe.
Will this ever change?
