Was demanded 150 for daughter birth certificate

Dear Team,

I had visited Jayanagar municipal office or register office for birth certificate was written as 10 rs for certificate. How ever war demanded 150 rs as bribe had to pay being helpess and they also demanded openly without any fear. Is it because they are supported by political parties? Please curb bribe and black money at root level.
