We bought a house in Thindlu area and went for the registration inquiry

• Stamps and Registration
• Registration of House
• Paid INR 10,500

We were told that if we give 15,000 RS the registration will be done smoothly and the money will have to be given to Sub-registrar through the middle man... so protested however ended up giving that money to have smooth registration in my wife name.
