Our meter burnt, We reported but they didnt fix within 3 days and whenever we called they said ABHI AAP DIRECT KARLO(Direct The Connection Without Meter) and we did it, They came after 7 days and said you will be sued and you have burnt a meter too. THey said weather to pay for the meter or weather to go to jail, but later we came to know that Meter Replacement is FREE..........
