Enrolement agency name- AKSH OPTIFIBRE LIMITED
Designation- Enrolment operator
I enrolled my aadhar card in patna at one center (center code 2036). when I am trying to check the status of the enrollment number its showing that information has not been sent from center. I remember the center operator was asking money and I didn't give and because of that he has declined my registration. I complained so many times but everytime my complain got closed and customer care operator is saying you better enroll a next aadhar card. My ques is, is this the solution. People has such a time that every time he has keep on enrolling just because they do not want to pay bribe. Every time the customer care is asking me all the details that you need to provide the center address, Mob number of operator, name of operator, etc etc for enrolling the complain. How can I know these things. I know few of the things. Its the responsibility of the Aadhar department to search those fraud centers. He has been looting money from public daily and gov is doing nothing. I am really frustrated of this thing. How many times should I have to do this, I am also a service man and I hardly spare some time from my busy schedule but only because I do not support corruption I am facing this.
