ALC Officer is demanding bribe for the approval of our employee association new by law correction
A month ago we've submitted bylaw corrections for approval. The officer named Harish in Assistant labour Commissioners office has taken the bylaw changes copies and have told us to wait for a month. After one month I called him on 11-04-16 and he has not done anything instead he's asking more fees which I think is bribe because we've already paid While submitting the bylaw changes. Even the ALC officer Mr Nagesh seems involved in this because when I called him he has transfered his call to Harish instead solving our problem. Whenever we visit ALC office lethargic officer Harish responds in a way that government doesn't pay his salaries. I kindly request you to take serious action against those and free the Labour office with bribe thieves.
