Am not Received IT Refund till now
I had filed my capital gains tax returns through CA (Manual)on April 26 2011 not online for 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 and expect Rs 1.25 lakh refund. IT officer calls me to the office for a discussions and asks for 25000 if you give right now then i can give the Cheque other vice am not submited the file. so am not recived the money only i can give bribe to take . My accountant advices to pay a bribe. Looks like all the accountants are in coection with the tax people.
