Asked bribery for my job employment

I got selected in odisha postal gds recruitment 2019 on EWS quota .but at the date of verification the recruitment authority asked me money for my employment as they said me that you have selected for postal gds on EWS quota but you haven't upload the EWS certificate during applying for the job. So we cant proceed you.But i said them that sorry sir i mistakely could'nt upload the EWS certificate during applying for the job because i have'nt complete information (because govt. Just launched the scheam of EWS at that time i haven't complete awarness ) that income certificate and EWS certificate are differenet.After i knew that thing i made my EWS certificate and shown them on the date of verification but they denied to proceed me .Then the assistant secretly of postal inspector asked me bribe , he said if you give 1 lakh we will proceed you.But i did"t give money so they rejected me...sir help me
